Who I Am
Being the first woman in my family to earn a master’s degree and work in a corporate setting meant learning how to navigate professional spaces without a roadmap.Since starting my journey in community college 8 years ago, I’ve learned that building a career isn’t just about chasing the “right” opportunity.It’s about knowing how to createopportunities, build the right relationships, communicate your value, and make strategic decisions about what to pursue next.For me, that meant being intentional about the relationships I built, learning how to leverage and communicate my value, and finding ways to create career opportunities instead of waiting for them to come to me.That approach helped me earn my master’s degree 100% debt-free and cold network my way into three full-time offers within two years of graduating.Now, I help early professionals apply these same strategies to their own careers.Whether you’re trying to figure out your next move, break into a new industry, or pursue better opportunities, I help you get clear on where you want to go, identify what you already have working in your favor, and build a strategy for creating and pursuing opportunities.Because your career shouldn’t be limited by the opportunities you were born into.
